About me
From a young age, I’ve valued finding balance in life from work and school, family and friends, and my own personal wellness. Im excited to work with others to find that same sense of balance that allows individuals thrive in the lives they want to live.
I’m passionate about helping individuals improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function through evidence-informed, hands-on care. My approach is rooted in a strong foundation in health and wellness, developed through years of international competitive synchronized swimming and experience as a group fitness instructor. I believe in creating personalized treatment plans that support each person’s unique goals—whether that means returning to sport, moving with ease, or simply feeling better day to day. My focus is always on promoting long-term well-being and empowering people through movement and education.
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where I received extensive training in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and rehabilitative strategies.
Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy cooking nutritious meals, trying a new workout, travelling, swimming, and spending quality time with family and friends.
